Sunlight filtering through a dense evergreen forest

Room to breathe. Ground to stand on.

Therapy with Lindsay Orleans, LCSW, for children, teens, and adults. In person in Denver's Highland neighborhood and online across Colorado and Florida.

Small, on purpose.

More about the practice

No two people are the same, so no two courses of therapy here look the same. Orleans & Co blends evidence-based treatment with genuine curiosity about the deeper factors shaping your thoughts, emotions, and behavior. You'll never be handed off, rebooked with a stranger, or treated like a case file.

Children
Play-informed, developmentally grounded work for kids navigating big feelings, school struggles, and change at home.
Teens
A space that takes adolescents seriously: identity, anxiety, academic pressure, and everything they won't tell you at dinner.
Adults
For people who approach therapy with curiosity, ready to understand their patterns instead of just managing symptoms.
Lindsay Orleans with Oliver, her certified therapy dog

Meet Oliver, the "Co" in Orleans & Co.

Oliver is a certified therapy dog and a genuine part of how this practice works. For kids who won't talk, teens who won't sit still, and adults who need a minute before the hard stuff, he changes the temperature of the room. Sessions with Oliver are always optional, and always popular.
